Adobe Systemsは9月21日(米国時間)、「Adobe Security Bulletin｜Security updates available for Adobe Flash Player｜APSB15-23」において、Adobe Flash Playerに複数の脆弱性が存在すると伝えた。この脆弱性は重要度がクリティカルと位置づけられており、この脆弱性を突かれると影響を受けたシステムの制御権が乗っ取られる危険性があるとされている。

すでに脆弱性が修正されたバージョンが提供されていることから、Adobe Systemsでは該当するプロダクトを使用している場合はそれぞれ最新版へアップグレードすることを推奨している。今回のアップデートで修正される脆弱性は数が多く、迅速にアップデートを実施することが望まれる。
